DIY Facials from your kitchen

It's nice to have a day spa at home every once in a while, right? You save time as well as money. Here are a couple of homemade facials that you can try at the comfort of your own kitchen.

All Skin Types- Mix mashed half a banana, 1 tablespoon orange juice, and 1 tablespoon honey. Apply on the face and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water, and moisturize.

Oily Skin- Mix together 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and half a cup of dry oatmeal. Apply on the face and leave on for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off with lukewarm water, and moisturize.

Dry Skin- Combine 1 tablespoon dry oatmeal, 1 tablespoon plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Apply on the face and leave on for 15 minutes, or until it is dry. Rinse off with lukewarm water, and moisturize.

Combination Skin- Mix equal parts almond milk and and clay. Apply on the face and leave on until dry. Rinse off with lukewarm water, and moisturize.

Sensitive Skin- Mash 1 ripe peach and combine with 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon sour cream. Apply on the face and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water, and moisturize.

It is important to know which types of foods you are allergic to before trying these facial masks. To be sure, test on a small patch of skin or consult your doctor before proceeding.
