These days it would be rare not to know about the essential health benefits of regular resistance training and cardiovascular fitness. But what's less common is actually fitting this in to our busy lives with any consistency to reap the benefits.
I know for me, I found gym memberships expensive, and when I did make it to the gym, it was often over crowded and the classes were not held at times I could get to them.
Which is what got me started on home workouts that I could easily fit into my daily routine. Being able to workout at times that suited me, without needing to go anywhere definately made achieving my goal easier. But what tipped it over the edge was when I was able to:- record my workouts and see if I was hitting my workouts per week target
- target all muscle groups and training benefits (balance, agility, strength, flexibility and cardio) easily without needing to hire a personal trainer or spend hours planning out my workouts
