In our youth driven world the last thing you want is your hands giving away your age. Most skin damage can be attributed to what is called free radicals. Those nasty little molecules cause damage to the healthy cells in our body which start to cause age spots and more. You need to take time to find ways to combat free radical damage. Look for hand lotions that have been created with antioxidants and will have help combat free radical damage. You want a hand lotion which does more than just moisturize your hands. Your moisturiser can also feed your skin and fight free radical damage with antioxidants.
In doesn’t hurt to use a cleansing sugar scrub once a week when you give yourself a manicure to give your hands the best care ever. Look for one that will cleanse gently, as well as exfoliate and condition your hands. Having overly dry hands will show your age more, so carry a moisturizing hand lotion in your purse or car.
It is easy to neglect our hands and allow them to age more than our face which we take better care of. If this applies to you, now is the time to start taking better care of your hands. It will be helpful if you do something as simply as apply rich moisturizing hand lotion at night as well as cuticle oils around your nails and go to bed wearing cotton gloves. It will soften your hands and improve their look over night.
