Terrible customer service
Terrible customer services. No internet whatsoever in clients or keeping them - too busy chatting on phone or friends hanging out eating food at the reception desk. Will never return emails or promised call backs from manager/owner Fawn. Will be going elsewhere and telling everyone I know and website reviews to do the same. Never been treated worse by a salon in my life and I used to be a regular.
