Worst hairdressing experience in my life!
After detailed instructions and a very clear picture/photo/description, (all of the detailed), my hair cut was butchered. I wanted a slight trim from my very even bob, the main reason coming in was only for a colour, black with a splash/splice of red in the front. $200 + hundred dollars later I left with the worst haircut I have ever had!!!!!...

YES I CRIED!!!

I had heard of it before, I now know what "razoring" is. I could not believe what the hairdresser had done to my hair!
Is razoring the new technical term for " I have no idea what the f*#k I am doing".??????
Of course I complained about the cut and was told ......
"REDZ do not offer refunds, however if you come back to the salon we can try and even the haircut out for you".
How do you "even" out a haircut that was far too short in comparison to what was originally asked for?
I phoned a week later regarding a voucher my brother had purchased for me for my birthday to reimburse for the haircut, (originally the haircut was my birthday present), $200.00, and asked "do you do hair extensions"?
Perhaps I could salvage my brothers birthday gift from this situation. Not to be.......
The kick in the teeth was the "Manager" of the salon apologising for the haircut which she agreed was "shit", but not being able to do anything as this was the proprietors instructions. Thanks for nothing.
Oh, by the way if you buy a gift voucher from them, you have two months to use it. Great for a person that has vowed never to return again. But not all is lost. I have used part of my voucher to purchase some very expensive "Hair Stuff". Got a couple of free sample bottles with the $59.95 bottle. Gave the FREE tiny sample bottles away (not so popular with humans).
Now have the most two shiny sweet smelling ferrets in the world.
Wonder how other products will go, got another $100.00 to spend : )

Before you use any REDZ salon, try "Just Cuts".

You are bound to be less disappionted...... and even if you are not, it's not like you have lost $200.00, hey? Chances are you may have a more exprienced hair styist.
