Beware of this money stealing boutique
We also purchased a prepaid voucher back in October 2010 and were also appalled with the sevice from this boutique, not only did the appointiment get rescheduled many times; when we finally arrived back in April they could only complete a portion of the voucher and rescheduled the rest for their next earilest apppiontment, in July!!! Arrived in july to find that the entire store is empty and phone lines disconnected!!!!! This is the worst service i have ever encounted and people like this should not be allowed to open another buisness ever!!!! They have taken my money and not rendered service!!! People beware of any hairdresser called Sofi

dont even waste your time with this boutique
Disgusting service. Called and booked in October for an appointment. I was advised that they could not fit in my prepaid appointment until July. Waited 9 months for my appointment!! On the day of the appointment, the boutique rang to change the date!! Agreed for the next Wednesday. Arrive at boutique on the agreed time and the entire salon was closed! Capillus boutique never returned any of my calls or emails. Disgusting service. Still unresolved!! Consumers be warned!! They will take your money and then ignore you!! I still have not had my hair done!
