Disappointment
After having had one wonderful experience with Akur, the second time we were left waiting 40 minutes before they got around to us. At that time I heard about what a horrible day she had had....my day wasn't going to well either -so I left. I wrote an email expressing that it would have been nice to receive a call to know they were running late and was told
"Half an hour is not an unusually long wait time at this busy time of the year my hairdresser was running over an hour late to other day so I left and came back it happens sometime but not often it's just life." (Written by Danielle at Akur Spa).
Very disappointed as I like to support local business.
